In House ACM (aluminum composite)
We offer in house ACM panel fabrication. ACM has superior flatness and uniformity of finish and is also quick to fabricate, hence reducing lead times. ACM panels start out as a pre-painted flat panels which eliminates the environmentally non-freindly aspect of shipping plate aluminum panels to and from PVDF painters located out of state. Reduced shipping translates into a sizable reduction in carbon emissions which makes ACM very environmentally friendly.
In House Shop Drawings
Full service in houses engineering and drafting. Our experienced and talented team of engineers will work diligently to submit shop drawings in a timely fashion.
Formed Sheet Metal Panels and Cladding
We offer a variety of custom panel types from bent plate aluminum to bent stainless steel in infinite sizes, shapes and configurations. Our in house engineering and design team will work with you on your custom cladding project.

Whereas NIC Solutions specializes in custom architectural and ornamental metals, Pluvi-Shield specializes in the development and fabrication of pre-engineered building enclosure systems that are tested to meet or exceed the most stringent industry standards as set forth by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA).
Our signature pressure equalized dry joint panel system has been refined over the years and is now in version V2.1.
